岗位职责:
1. Develop Project Procurement strategy and procurement execution plan in alignment with overall Project Execution Strategy.
根据总体项目执行战略制定项目采购战略和采购执行计划。
2. Responsible for the overall procurement of engineering and construction services as well as equipment and other material in project.
负责项目上设计、施工以及设备材料的整体采购范围。
3. Responsible for Supplier management, negotiation, PO/Contract, audit, supplier evaluation and other related task.
负责供应商管理、商务谈判、合同签订、审计审查、供应商评估以及其他相关的工作。
4. Maintain the procurement schedule and project procurement report.
制定采购进度表和编制项目采购相关报告。
5. Support and assist project proposal estimation, project execution, scheduling, budget management& cost control.
支持和协助项目概算询价、项目执行、进度安排、预算管理和成本控制。
6. Ensure all the documentation work related with project procurement are in compliance with project management requirements.
确保与项目采购相关的所有过程资料都符合项目管理要求。
7. Support other purchasing categories of Adisseo China.
支持安迪苏中国区其他类别采购工作。
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
其它由上级主管安排的相关工作事项。

任职要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, Engineer and Chemical related Major.
本科及以上学历，工程和化工相关专业。
2. 8+ years’ working experience in chemical or petrochemical related industry.
8年以上在石油化工相关领域的工作经验。
3. 5+ years’ working experience in project procurement in chemical or petrochemical related industry.
5年以上在石油化工相关领域的项目采购经验。
4. Good in English, both in written and oral expression.
良好的英语读写和表达能力。
5. Good communication and problem-solving skill.
良好的沟通和解决问题的能力。
6. Strong planning skills, and coordination competence on managing the execution of requisition/purchase orders for material, equipment and services.
较强的计划能力，以及在管理设备、材料和服务采购需求/订单执行的协调能力。
7. Familiar with SAP/SRM or related ERP.
熟悉SAP/SRM等ERP系统。
8. Could work under pressure.
