Position: Sales Representative
Work Location: Home base in Nanjing. Primarily responsible for the Subei,Anhui,Shanghai
Company Type: Foreign-Owned Enterprise (French Capital)
Responsibilities:
1. Support distributors in achieving regional sales targets per the company’s marketing strategy.
2. Expand and optimize distribution channels by identifying and developing high-quality partners.
3. Coordinate regional distributor resources to ensure market supply balance and price stability.
4. Implement channel penetration strategies to increase product visibility and maintain distributor inventory levels.
5. Assist in bidding processes, gather market insights, and support marketing promotions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.
