1. Supply Market Research and Developing the Purchasing Strategy for the assigned category
为指定品类供应市场的研究和指定品类战略。

2. Strategic Sourcing for categorized material and service including Purchasing Requisition Clarification, Prepare RFI、RFQ, Offer/Quotation Comparison, Analysis and Negotiation.指定品类物料和服务的战略寻源包括采购申请澄清、准备供应商信息请求、供应商报价请求、方案/报价比对，分析和谈判；

3. Supplier Audit， Selection， Contracting, Performance Evaluation, Development, and Management
供应商审核、选择、合同订立、绩效评估以及供应商的发展和管理

4. Localization, International Sourcing and dual resources to achieve TCO reduction.
通过本地化、国际采购以及双重来源达到降低总拥有成本。

5. Supporting the sourcing and purchasing request from other Dept. besides production material.
支持除生产物料外，其它部门的采购请求。

6. Other tasks assigned by Head of Supply Chain or the MD.
供应链负责人及总经理分配的其它任务

岗位要求 Requirements：

1. 全日制本科，工科专业；
Bachelor degree with engineering Background

2. 3年以上制造业战略采购经验；
3+ years MNC Strategic Purchaser Experience；

3. 采购及寻源品类：电子元器件包括但不仅限于传感器、滤波器、伺服电机、PCB等生产类采购
In charge of bearing, pneumatic, sensors, filters, servo motors, PCBs, and other production related items so on.(Production Material)

4. 优秀的英语口语及书面能力，可参加全英文面试；
Good oral EN and written skills and be able to join EN interview.

5. 有SAP操作使用经验为佳；
SAP operation skill is preferred.
