Job Description: 1、Check cargo status with shippers as per request in consignees’ SOP, report shipments or any emergency to consignees for approval; 2、Assist customer to better control cargo arrival time at destination; 3、Be sensitive for the potential business opportunities and follow up proactively; 4、Extract/verify e-booking data, input vessel info, generate & update SO, monitor e-DDR, B/L entry and SA sending on time, prepare vessel delay notice IN ORDER TO provide on-line shipping information to customers; 5、To get the problem settle down independently and support team operation and documentation IN ORDER TO maintain the service quality of responsible accounts.
Job Requirements: 1、Associate Degree above; 2、2-3 years working experience in related role or industry; 3、Daily workable Written English skills on simplified transmit information correctly level.
