Semikron Danfoss is seeking a Qualification Engineer to join our team. Complete the reliability test of power module according to the company's test specification, study and analyze the power module lifetime and process related factors, and give the test analysis report





Job Responsibilities



61 Responsible for the development and implementation of MOSFET, IGBT and other power module reliability test program
61 Responsible for the correctness of test room setup and the programming of test equipment
61 Prepare test documents and evaluation results according to test specifications
61 Determination and validation of electrical parameters (incl. statistics)
61 Independently modify or set up the test device to meet the specific characteristics of the test project
61 Electrical and mechanical setup of test and environment chambers
61 Write test report
61 Maintain and calibrate test equipment include 5S of lab





Background & Skills



Qualification
61 Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, physics or related
61 Fundamental knowledge about power electronic devices like IGBT, MOSFET, Thyristor, Diode
61 At least 1 years experience in reliability test, including but not limited to HTRB, HTGB, TST, PC, etc
61 Extensive knowledge of power electric devices measurement techniques
61 Deep understanding of the basic principles of power devices, have a good background in electronics or physics
61 Basic knowledge of parasitic properties of electrical structures and Familiar with IEC60747 and IEC60749 semiconductor related test standards
Skills:
61 Construction and measurement of assemblies according to circuit diagrams as well as the implementation of only systematically specified circuits.
61 Interpret measurement, inspection and test results
61 Dealing with standards and test specifications
61 Familiar with measurement equipment for power electronic applications like Scope
61 Basic knowing the of laboratory rules (test field)
61 Good knowledge of Word and Excel
61 Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
61 Good communication skills
61 Interested in electrical testing work
