1. High potential talent development: Lead and identify Hi-Po’s development needs, co-design the program with global COE team and execute it in our region

development programs

Qualification 任职资格
1. Bachelor degree and above with years’ experience in a multinational environment, majoring in psychology, or
other social sciences is plus
本科及以上学历，拥有跨国企业工作经验，心理学或其他社会科学专业优先
2. 3-5 years hands on talent development experience in designing, developing and implementation solutions
在设计、开发和实施人才发展解决方案方面拥有3-5年实战经验
3. Proficient in English both orally and written

4. Good inter-cultural communication skills and comfortable to collaboration and build relationships with global colleagues and HRBP
