1. 参与项目APQP活动（项目阶段评审等）。
Participate in project APQP activities, like project phase review.
2. 管理开发阶段项目质量文件， 参与过程流程图、FMEA、控制计划、产品作业指导书的编制会审，确保项目量产交接时顺利转交生产。
Manage the project quality files of the development phase, and participate in redacting flow chart, FMEA, control plan and product WI, to ensure handover the project successfully.
3. 试生产过程审核，并跟踪纠正预防措施计划的实施。
Attend pre-lunch process audit and track the implementation of corrective and preventive action plan.
4. 客户开发阶段评审（如PPAP阶段审核）的接待和对应，跟踪审核不良问题整改，及时反馈客户。
Receive and respond the audit of customer development phase, like PPAP phase audit, and track the rectification of nonconformity and feedback to customer in time.
5. 负责项目前期客户投诉以及客户抱怨的处理，并按照客户要求利用5why等工具分析客户问题，提交改进措施报告并持续追踪措施的有效性。
Be responsible for dealing with customers’ complain and grumble in the earlier stage of project, analyzing customer’s problems with 5WHY tools as customer required, submitting improvement measures report and tracking the effectiveness of measures.
6. 按照客户要求提交PPAP资料并跟踪PSW签署状况，协调在客户端新项目投产支持，确保项目按照客户整车开发节点顺利投产。
Submit PPAP files as customer required and track the situation of PSW sign, and coordinate the customer’s support, to ensure the project go into operation successfully as customers’ complete vehicle development plan.
7. 跟踪从产品首次交样至SOP全过程中的质量问题，负责管理项目质量问题清单，推动问题解决。
Track the product quality problem from OTS to SOP and be responsible for managing project quality list and promoting to solve problems.
8. 负责组织项目团队整理和落实项目开发过程及产品质量的经验教训总结。
Be responsible for organize project team to sort and carry out the improvement and experience of product quality during the development process.
9. 负责4M变更执行管理，必要时按照4M的流程通知客户并获得批准。
Be responsible for 4M change execution management, informing customer and obtain the approval as 4M procedure if necessary.
10. 负责年度产品审核计划编制，并监控产品审核执行结果。
Be responsible for redacting the annual product audit plan and monitoring the result.
11. 领导交代的其他工作事宜。
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.

任职要求：
1. 本科及本科以上，机械或工程专业
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or mechanical
2. 丰富的项目质量管理经验，在汽车行业从事项目质量管理5年以上，熟悉APQP\PPAP\SPC\MSA\FMEA等，并能够熟练的运用到工作上
Rich experience in project quality management. At least 5 years project quality management at automotive industrial. Be familiar with APQP\PPAP\SPC\MSA\ FMEA and be able to apply to work expertly.
3. 善于交际，有很强的沟通与交流的能力
Good at communication and has strong communication skills.
4. 熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用MS office软件
Good command of MS office, such as Excel\PPT
5. 有较强的抗压能力
Strong ability to work under pressure.
6. 能适应不定期的出差
Be able to adapt nonscheduled business trip
