岗位职责：
1. Be responsible for the on-site delivery of energy storage projects, including equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, and delivery.
2. Develop a detailed project delivery plan, coordinate internal resources, and ensure the timely, high-quality, and quantitative completion of project delivery.
3. Maintain close communication with customers, solve problems in the project delivery process in a timely manner, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Through the project implementation process, improve the project management standard system process and documents, and provide reference standards for subsequent projects.
5. Establish project risk management matrix to control project risks, and take systematical and effective measures to avoid project implementation risks.
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, new energy, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of experience in the delivery of energy storage systems or related projects, familiar with the process and specifications of project delivery.
3. Have strong organizational coordination and problem-solving skills, and be able to deal with complex project delivery situations.
4. Possess good communication skills and a team spirit, and be able to adapt to business trips and on-site working environments.
