As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and success within our globally distributed teams. This role requires excellent skills in managing cross-functional, multi-location development teams. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, assessing and mitigating risks, facilitating collaborative efforts, and providing timely, accurate status reports and communications to both management and team members. Responsibilities 61Lead and manage globally distributed teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution. 61Establish and maintain integrated program plans that outline project scope, schedule, and resources (goals, key milestones, dependencies, owners, and deliverables). 61Communicate program status, actions, risks, dependencies, and progress versus milestones to the leadership team and individual contributors. 61Facilitate focused topic and cross-functional status meetings, ensuring proper resource allocation and accountability. 61Proactively manage changes to project scope by identifying potential risks, developing solutions, and taking action to mitigate risks while keeping projects on track. 61Ensure all phase deliverables are properly documented and archived. 61Coordinate and drive AXOS cadence releases from a solutions perspective, ensuring end-to-end solutions success and supporting continuous improvement of Calix processes. 61Co-work with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, quality, and test to ensure end-to-end solution delivery. 61Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
