1. 获取客户需求，根据客户需求和技术规范进行产品创新设计和应用方案的新设计。
Get customers' requirements, develop and innovate new products & application solutions according to customer requirement and technical specification.
2. 作为一个项目经理来管理一个项目，从客户需求调研，直到SOP，其中包括成本分析，设计方案，产品设计，资源协调，计划管理等。
Manage a project from customer inquiry research until SOP as a project manager, including cost analysis, design proposal product design, resource coordinating, plan management, and so on.
3. 驱动并优化产品设计的过程。
Drive the problem-solving process to optimize the product design and performance.
4. 按照公司流程完成相关的新零部件开发和零部件认可（含新零部件和现有零部件切换）。
Be responsible for part development and part approve according to process.
5. 负责项目范围内的工程更改管理、图纸管理、SAP管理。
Be responsible for engineering change management, drawings management, SAP data management in projects.
6. 处理内外部技术问题,对内部团队提供技术支持（如质量、采购、生产等）。
Deal with the technical issues internally and external, providing technical support to internal teams (quality, purchasing, production etc.)
7. 负责新产品设计开发过程环境因素的识别和评价，在设计中从生命周期的观点出发，控制产品相关的环境因素。
Responsible for the identification and evaluation of environmental factors in the process of new product design and development, and control environmental factors related to products from the perspective of life cycle in design.
8. 支持商务和市场行动。
Support sales and marketing action.
9. 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.

任职要求：
1. 本科或硕士学历，机械或工程类相关专业
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or mechanical
2. 三年以上产品开发和项目管理经验，具备新产品开发和结构设计经验从优
Product and project management experience for at least 3 years, with experience in new product development and structural design preferred.
3. 诚实守信，敬业专业，高效执行，结果导向
Be honest and trustworthy, hard work and professional, efficient execution, result oriented.
4. 良好的英语读写及口语表达能力
Good written and spoken English.
5. 熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用office软件
Good command of MS office, such as Excel\PPT.
6. 熟练掌握至少一门工程软件，如Solidwork, CAD, ProE等
Good command of at least one engineering software like Solid Works, AutoCAD, Pro-E, etc.
7. 良好的沟通和谈判技能，能短时间出差
Good communication and negotiation skills. Short-time business trip if need.
