我们寻找一位注重细节的海运操作人員，负责管理从订舱到货物交付的全流程出口物流运作。作为客户、船公司和海外代理的关键联络点，您将通过专业的操作能力和敏锐的风险意识，确保每票货物高效准时出运。
WE ARE SEEKING A DETAIL-ORIENTED OCEAN OPERATIONS PROFESSIONAL TO MANAGE END-TO-END EXPORT LOGISTICS PROCESSES. AS THE KEY LIAISON BETWEEN CLIENTS, CARRIERS AND OVERSEAS AGENTS, YOU WILL ENSURE EFFICIENT AND TIMELY SHIPMENTS THROUGH OPERATIONAL EXPERTISE AND RISK MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
岗位职责 / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 全流程操作管理 / End-to-End Operations Management
o 负责海运出口全流程操作，包括订单接收、订舱安排、仓位预估、装箱协调、报关文件审核及货物动态跟踪
o Execute end-to-end ocean export operations: order processing, space booking, load planning, container coordination, customs documentation review, and cargo tracking
o 监控船期并及时更新相关信息，确保操作时效性与数据准确性
o Monitor vessel schedules and update relevant information to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy
2. 供应链协调与风控 / Supply Chain Coordination & Risk Control
o 对接船公司及供应商，协商运价、舱位及服务条款
o Negotiate with carriers and vendors on freight rates, space allocation, and service terms
o 审核客户提供的单证（提单、装箱单等），确保符合海关及承运方要求
o Verify shipping documents (B/L, packing list, etc.) for compliance with customs and carrier requirements
o 处理突发事件（如甩柜、延误等），及时上报并制定解决方案
o Handle contingencies (e.g., rollovers, delays) with timely escalation and resolution
3. 客户关系维护 / Client Relationship Management
o 作为海外代理及客户的主要对接窗口，及时响应查询并跟进问题闭环
o Serve as primary contact for overseas agents and clients, ensuring prompt query resolution
o 定期更新客户关键信息（贸易条款、特殊需求等），支持业务分析及决策
o Maintain updated client profiles (Incoterms, special requirements) for business analysis
4. 跨部门协作 / Cross-Functional Collaboration
o 协同销售部门挖掘客户潜在需求，促进业务增长
o Support sales team in identifying client needs to drive business growth
o 配合财务部门完成费用结算、发票开具及关账流程
o Coordinate with finance team for billing, invoicing, and closing accounts
o 支持内部项目推进及流程优化
o Participate in internal projects and process improvement initiatives
o 积极配合公司整体战略，参与跨部门协作项目
Actively participate in cross-departmental initiatives aligned with company strategy
5. 文档与合规管理 / Documentation & Compliance
o 按时发送装船预报，完成文件归档及放货指令处理
o Issue pre-alerts, archive documents, and process release instructions timely
o 建立操作异常记录库，定期输出改进建议
o Maintain operational incident log and propose improvement plans
6. 其他职责 / Additional Responsibilities
o 高效完成上级主管交办的临时性任务和专项工作
Efficiently execute ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by supervisors
o 根据业务需要承担其他相关工作职责
Perform other job-related duties as required by business needs
任职要求 / QUALIFICATIONS
61 本科及以上学历，物流、国际贸易、航运管理或相关专业优先
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, International Trade, or Shipping Management
61 3年以上海运進出口操作经验，熟悉整柜（FCL）和拼箱（LCL）流程
3+ years of ocean import and export operations experience, familiar with FCL and LCL processes
61 熟练使用货运管理系统（如INTTRA）及Office办公软件
Proficient in logistics systems (e.g., INTTRA) and MS Office
61 英语CET-4以上，能流利处理英文邮件及电话沟通
CET-4 or above, fluent in English emails and calls
61 高度责任心，能在高压环境下高效工作
Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
61 优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
