工作职责: 1.深入研究冰箱发泡液及真空绝热板(VIP)的核心技术和应用领域。 Conduct in-depth research on core technologies and application fields for refrigerator foaming material and vacuum insulation panels (VIP). 2.密切配合结构工程师、电气工程师等团队成员完成整体项目目标。探索新型高效绝热材料在制冷设备中的可行性及其优化方案。 Work closely with structural engineers, electrical engineers, etc., within cross-functional teams to achieve overall project goals. Explore new high-efficiency thermal insulation materials that can be applied to refrigeration equipment. 3.分析现有产品的隔热效果,提出改进建议以提高能效比和保温能力。为持续成本控制提供方案. Analyze the current product's heat preservation performance and propose improvement suggestions to enhance energy efficiency ratios and insulation capabilities. Provide solutions for continuously cost control 4.关注国内外关于节能降耗方面的最新研究成果和技术动态。 Keep track of domestic and international cutting-edge research findings and technological trends regarding energy efficiency. 5. 根据市场需求预测未来发展方向 ,为技术方向调整提供建设性意见 Predict future development directions based on market demands and offer constructive advice for technical strategic adjustments.
岗位要求: 1.学历背景: 材料科学与工程专业硕士及以上学位优先;具有物理化学等相关学科知识亦可考虑; Educational Background: A master’s degree or higher in Material Science & Engineering preferred; those specializing in physical chemistry may also apply; 2.经验年限 : 至少五年以上从事绝热材料特别是聚氨酯泡沫塑料或者真空绝热板方面的工作经验者优先录用; Years of Experience: At least five years’ experience working specifically with thermal insulation materials such as polyurethane foam plastics or vacuum insulation boards will gain priority consideration; 3.熟悉各种类型绝缘材料的特点及其应用场景 ; Familiarity with features and applications scenarios concerning all kinds of insulation material 4.具备扎实理论基础同时拥有丰富实践经验 ; Solid theoretical foundation combined with extensive practical work experience 5.流利英语读写听说能力以便查阅外文文献资料并与国际同行交流讨论 Fluent reading/writing/speaking/listening proficiency level in English necessary so candidates are able to read foreign literature resources while engaging effectively via discussions among global team.
