Lead and manage Halo SYNC+ robust software development and release including FIP/EDT/DCR control for cross carline projects to support key build phases, Focus on SYNC+ SW planning, monitoring and controlling, coordination, report.
61 Lead and make the China Halo SYNC+ platform SW design and release architected and documented well, promote standardized and streamlined software development process and template for the go-fast China program.
61 Assure Implementation of software quality assurance planning, Monitor and control software project progress, conduct software related risk analysis, implement measures in the case of deviations.
61 Project status weekly report to program management or leaderships.
61 Lead the identification, tracking and closure of various Jira & AIMS issues raised by the quality and test team including FCPA/VOCF/R202/SW Fleet.
61 Support GPDS SW delivery process improvement and agile design activity in company.
61 Support new vehicle leadership/manager review, support CAF dealer training, Auto show/media driving demonstration.

61 Support SYNC+ infotainment system requirement analysis and FIP development and confirmation.
61 Lead the effort estimation, ED&T review from Vendors, control the change control before J1.
61 Lead the development of software plan, confirm the cross-team dependencies on hardware, HMI, CVPP, Cyber security, system Autosar etc. Close the time gap.
61 Lead the feature development, delivery on time and support FO software testing and validation.
61 Lead SW IVS Release. Support Concern/Alert release to ensure the robust sample build of DCV/TT/PP/MP1 MRD.
61 Lead the coordination and solution of cross-departmental (Inhouse/HMI/CVPP/Cyber/Vendors) issues and resources in the software development process.
61 Lead the root cause identification and problem solving of Jira/AIMS issues.
61 Lead the collection and update of software delivery status and risk identification and escalation.`
61 Use project management disciplines, best practices, and techniques, manages OTA project’s software quality, release plan, test strategy, Jira management and dashboard reports, DCR and version budget, process and part number releasing.
61 Lead governance operations for IVI software (e.g. meetings, SharePoint sites, JIRA dashboard maintenance etc). Ensures each IVI software documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
61 Monitor software performance to OTA success criteria and prepare applicable communications to X-functional team, including CRC, FCDS, PVT, MKT, dealer and end customers.
