Support Concern/Alert release to ensure the robust sample build of DCV/TT/PP/MP1 MRD. 61 Lead the coordination and solution of cross-departmental (Inhouse/HMI/CVPP/Cyber/Vendors) issues and resources in the software development process. 61 Lead the root cause identification and problem solving of Jira/AIMS issues. 61 Lead the collection and update of software delivery status and risk identification and escalation.` 61 Use project management disciplines, best practices, and techniques, manages OTA project’s software quality, release plan, test strategy, Jira management and dashboard reports, DCR and version budget, process and part number releasing. 61 Lead governance operations for IVI software (e.g. meetings, SharePoint sites, JIRA dashboard maintenance etc). Ensures each IVI software documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored. 61 Monitor software performance to OTA success criteria and prepare applicable communications to X-functional team, including CRC, FCDS, PVT, MKT, dealer and end customers.
