1. 负责本部门范围内各项工作和业务运营符合法律法规，亦符合公司的内部规章制度及政策。

2. 管理量产物料采购团队，带领团队实现物料采购目标。
Manage the team of RM buy and lead team to get the target.
3. 优化供应链物料拉动模式和策略，使其柔性满足生产计划和客户计划，计划联动一致性。
Optimize the supply chain material pull mode and strategic to make it flexible to meet production and customer plans, ensuring consistency in plan linkage.
4. 负责供应商物料交付计划和采进，物料交付异常的识别和协调解决，以及供应商库存管理。
Responsible for supplier material delivery planning and procurement, identification and coordination of abnormal material delivery, as well as supplier inventory management.
5. 监督供应商产能和短中长期供应能力，识别风险，预警并获得风险解除和供应保障。
Supervise supplier production capacity and short, medium and long-term supply capabilities, identify risks, issue warnings, and obtain risk mitigation and supply guarantees.
6. 从精益供应链管理角度对物料开发和物流拉动提出建议，建立高效的供应链物料计划和管理机制。
Provide suggestions for material development and logistics pull from the perspective of lean supply chain management, and establish an efficient supply chain material planning and management mechanism.
7. 合理计划和安排量产物料进口和国产的采购工作，衔接并落实物料资源计划。
Reasonably plan and arrange to buy local and import materials of serial production parts, and align to the material souring plan.
8. 负责合理安排原材料外协加工订单和交付工作。
Be responsible to arrange subordinates to carry out the tasks of outsourcing order and delivery.
9. 负责原材料的库存水位管理工作并达标。预警并遏制呆滞料产生，参与呆滞料的评审和处理跟踪。量产物料的变更及断点的库存计划管理。
Be responsible to manage the inventory level of materials and get the target. Early warning and control the generation of dead materials, participate in the review, disposal tracking. Change of mass production materials and inventory planning management of breakpoints.
10. 核实供应商的账务工作。
Be responsible for checking accounts with suppliers.
11. 供应商交付表现和物流绩效评估考核，交付风险预警。
Be responsible for supplier OTD evaluation and logistics performance rating, supplier delivery risk management and warning.
12. 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，采购及供应链管理专业
Bachelor degree or above in Purchasing or SCM management
2. 丰富的采购管理和物料计划工作经验，在汽车行业从事计划管理五年以上
Strong experience in purchasing management and material planning at least 5 years in Auto.
3. 较好的英语读写及口语表达能力
Good written and spoken English.
4. 熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用MS office软件
Good command of MS office, such as Excel\PPT
5. 熟练运用SAP/MRP/ERP系统
Good skills in SAP/MRP/ERP System
6. 良好的沟通和谈判技能，良好的分析和解决问题的能力，较强的抗压能力和应变能力
