-初级机械工程师需具备高压变频器或同类产品相关工作经验，能遵循设计主管指导完成3D/2D设计及公差叠加分析/仿真工作；
-掌握压铸件/冲压件/塑胶件的3D设计技能；
-精通GD&T几何公差与公差叠加计算，能独立完成零部件二维工程图绘制；
-熟悉CFD流体仿真与强度仿真逻辑，并能基于仿真结果优化3D设计；
-了解装配工艺基础知识，能基于装配需求优化3D设计；
-具备与硬件团队、工艺团队及仿真团队的协同沟通能力；
-能与模具供应商进行技术对接；
-熟练使用Catia设计软件；

-The junior Mechanical Engineer has experience worked in high voltage inverter or same products. Follow the design leader’s instruction to finish the 3D/2D and stack-up analysis/simulation.
- 3D design skill for die casting/stamping/plastic product;
- Familiar with GD&T and stack-up calculation and create 2D drawing for each components;
- Familiar with CFD and strength simulation logical and optimize 3D design;
- Familiar with assembly process basic knowledge and optimize 3D design;
- Communicate with HW & process & simulation team;
- Communicate with tooling supplier;
- Skill of Catia;
