Support KA manager to achieve KA annual business result through KA regional /city branch management and ensure all national KA promotion/activity well execute in all branches Work closely with both internal stakeholders (KA director/ Regional director, Brand team) and external stakeholders (KA customer) Cooperate with marketing team and finance team, support with accurate sales data to track the KA branch sales progress, gain market share Improve operation excellence through data analysis, activity execution and pharmacist training. Take lead in inventory / offtake tracking and analysis, explore business opportunity in the local Evaluate ROI of KA activity which include promotion, O2O . Workwith internal (Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Product supply, Quality) & external (KA HQ, distributor .etc) stakeholders to ensure business and all related documents comply with company policies and related regulation Support regional heads and KA director /manager for enhancing internal and external networks to improve KA operation efficiency.

Bachelor Degree in Business/data relevant disciplines Executive At least3-4 years of experience in KA customer management Sr.Executive At least5-6years of experience in KA customer managment Excellent skill of data analysis and use data to manage business Understanding of Bayer business systems and stakeholders strong negotiation , communication & training skill , willing to work with team to achieve target Understand O2O operation, strong execution capability
