岗位职责:
1. Conduct fundamental research in protein purification work and enzymology related assay for enzyme product performance screening or validation.
开展蛋白纯化实验及酶学实验以推进酶类产品及效价的筛选和验证
2. Carrying out molecular biology assays and microbial related assays based on the project needs
根据项目需要开展分子生物学及微生物学实验
3. Analyzing data independently, writing and delivering experiment reports with good logic, result analysis, and discussion
独立开展实验数据分析，编写并交付具有良好逻辑和包含结果分析、讨论的实验报告
4. Validating, writing, summarizing and giving the results of the studies/tests carried out to its supervisor and by filling in the documents for ensuring traceability
检查、记录、汇总研发实验结果并交给主管，录入文档，确保可追溯性
5. Other related tasks assigned by department manager.
其它由部门负责人安排的相关工作事项。

任职要求:
1.Major in biochemical engineering, bioengineering, biotechnology, microbiology or other related education background
生物化工、生物工程、生物技术以及微生物学等相关专业
2.Bachelor with over 3 years working experience or above
具有3年以上工作经验的本科及以上学历
3.Relevant R&D experiences in enzymes and probiotics are highly preferred
该职位会高度认可关于酶制剂、益生菌方面的研发经历
4.Research: biochemistry, protein chemistry, enzymology and enzyme engineering, Microbiology are highly preferred
研究能力：生物化学、蛋白化学、酶学及酶工程、微生物学为首选专业能力
5.Good principal knowledge on protein chemistry, enzymology analysis and microbiology
良好的蛋白化学、酶学分析和微生物学的基础知识
6.Skillful on microorganism cultivation, molecular biology and protein purification apparatus
熟练使用微生物培养，分子生物学及蛋白质纯化设备
7.Strong track record in publications or international competition awards is an added value
在学术研究上的文章、专利发表或是国际生物竞赛的相关奖项会被高度认可
8.Planning and organization of various studies (procurement, preparation and results)

9.Preparation of reports and summaries

10.A certain level of technical English in reading and writing
