Responsibility: 1.AO CRM target fulfillment 100%.AO cross selling + new client acquisition 100 score.AO performance on focus line. 2.Fulfill office target allocation 100%. 3.Improve stock management efficiency and follow up the container movement. 4.Empty container without movement 17days. 5.Full container without movement over 30 days 5%. 6.Smooth communication with other dept./vendor or overseas agents via mail/phone 4 work hrs. 7.Releasing booking on time. 8.B/L issue 1 work day after vsl sail or client confirm. 9.Push the E-SI to improve our working efficiency. 10.Reduce the manual mistakes to 0.5% or less. 11.Recruitment response time 30days. 12.Evaluates staff performance at minimum on a yearly basis. 13.Motivate and look into individual needs of staff in order to make sure good working environment and staffs’ work efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements: 1.College degree or above. 2.Over 5 years of sales experience in ocean carriers; Sound knowledge of shipping industry. 3.Proficient skills in written and oral English. 4.Self-confidence, promptness, and ability to make clear statements/presentations; Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude. 5.Strong customer orientation and market insight. 6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
