This activity will be done using all principles of good salesmanship including personal client visits, exhibitions and sales support on dealer Requirements / 要求 Education :Bachelor degree Experience /经验 1.4 years working experience 2.3 years sales experience in Medical instrument field Other skills /其他技能 1.Supporting dealers from products 2.Selling 50% Demo 3.Comprehensive knowledge of general business procedures 4.Basic knowledge of English 5.Communicate technically advanced subjects with customers on all levels 6.Evaluate problems and find cost effective solutions 7.Use of computer software 8.Excellent communication developed through customer contact 9.Troubleshooting 10.Negotiating outside contacts Job Description Main Tasks / 主要任务 1.Finance Target - Own Order/ sales / AR / Loan budget in the territory 2.Sales Activity - Sales in direct in some private hospital , some VIP hospital and some deals without dealer coverage - Build and maintain good relationship with local KOLs - Directly approach the customer - Work together with market team to maintain local reference site - Support marketing activities in local - Assist national event in the territory - Need to provide demo show in some particular products 3.Sales support on dealer - Support local dealers for big or strategic deals - Develop dealer and provide regular training - Help regional manager to select right dealer - Monthly review project tracking list with dealers 4.Operation - Provide monthly report about project tracking list - Make the quotation and involve in and execute order& sales process - Help local service engineer to fix key customer issues 5.Others : -Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
