主要职责：
·Report to APAC Finance Director and play key leadership role in Shanghai Accounting Center (“SAC”) / China Finance / APAC Finance to support Business.
·Lead China Inventory/Cost and Fixed Assets team (1~2 direct report).
·Oversee China Inventory/Cost activities:
- Work closely with plant Operation Teams, IT, SAC and FP&A.
- Ensure all plants’ inventory/cost are operated as per standard process in line with
Greif requirements (BU, SBU, GIP and Corp HQ).
- Own Inventory/Cost SOP and Policies存货， SOP及政策更新.
- Timely update cost items per plant needs负责中国区 Cost Item设置.
Timely review, update and approve inventory/cost (new material, raw material,
WIP, finished goods)新物料成本维护审批，半成品、成品的成本维护.
- Monthly / Quarterly close activities:
o Work with plant managers to manage Inventory stocktake and adjustments存货盘点.
o Review and update Inventory and cost subledger月未关帐前存货子系统与总帐核对及账务调整.
o Review and update SLOB accrual月度 SLOB检查&季度 SLOB Review.
o Review and update LCM accrual季度 LCM检查计提.
o Support FP&A in Quarterly forecast.
- Annual activities:
o Review and update Cost item and cost rate负责年度 review系统中费率设置.
o Review and update standard cost标准成本更新.
o Support FP&A in Annual budget.

Oversee China Fixed Assets activities:
- Work closely with plant Operation teams, Office Admin, IT, SAC and FP&A.
- Ensure all entities’ fixed assets are operated as per standard process in line with
Greif requirements (BU, SBU, GIP and Corp HQ).
- Own Fixed Assets SOP and Policies固定资产 SOP及政策更新.
- Timely record and update Fixed Assets负责中国区固定资产转固处置账务处理.
- Monthly / Quarterly close activities:
o Review and update Fixed assets subledger月未关帐前固定资产子系统与总帐核对及账务调整.
o Review and update CIP月未关帐前在建工程明细与总帐核对.
- Annual activities:
o Fixed assets count (every 3 years per Greif Corp Policy)负责年度中国区固定资产盘点.

-Ensure SOX, internal controls and compliance in place and responsible for enquires frominternal audits and external audits.
-Participate and provide support to the finance (BU and SBU), business and managementteam.
-Coach, develop and build a strong finance team.
-Other duty assigned by line manager.

任职要求：
-Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, CPA (plus) or related
-professional accounting qualifications.
-3~5 years inventory and standard cost experience in multinational manufacturing company.
-Good communication skills in English (written and oral)
-Effective leadership skills with drive, learnability and strong sense of commitment and adaptive to change.
-Hands on approach to problem solving and the ability to work under pressure.
-Proven ability to influence others within an organization.
