职位要求：
1、机械工程或者相关专业毕业 Mechanical Engineering or related major
2、精通紧固件选型及应用，对抽芯铆钉及拉铆螺母有经验者更佳
Proficient in fastener selection and application, experience in blind rivets and rivet nuts is preferred
3、良好的沟通能力Good communication skills
4、熟悉IATF 16949体系Familiar with IATF16949 system；
5、基本的英语听说读写能力basic skill in English ；

工作职责：
1.客户技术对接，评估顾客技术要求，签订技术协议
Response for customer technical communication, evaluate customer technical requirements and sign technical agreement
2.客户拜访及客户应用信息收集整理
Visit customer and collect customer application information
3.针对客户应用场景，负责推荐产品选型及提供解决方案
Responsible for recommending product selection and providing solutions for customer
4.负责客户技术要求内部传递Responsible for the internal delivery of customer technical requirements
5.负责产品的报价Responsible for COGS cost quotation
6.负责产品应用的内部培训，提高内部工程能力
Responsible for the internal training of product application and improve the internal engineering ability
7.市场同类紧固件的应用趋势分析及对比
Application trend analysis and comparison of similar fasteners in the market
8. 上级主管安排的其它工作
Other tasks arranged by superiors
