1. To comply with the schedule (working hours and break time), to wear work clothes and personal protective equipment in accordance with the Internal Regulation Policy.

2. To maintain in good condition all that is Hirschman property or customer property in accordance with the Internal Regulation Policy ( machines, tools, materials, etc) and to represent the company’s interests on Hirschmann Nantong area and outside (during trips and delegations, etc.)
按照内部管理制度（机器 ，工具，材料，等等）保护赫斯曼财产及客户财产并在赫斯曼南通区域及之外（在旅行和被委托期间，等等）代表公司利益。
3. To maintain and to improve order and cleanliness at work or in joint space: production hall, canteen, sanitary area ( toilets, showers, locker rooms, etc) by participating in the 5S program.
通过5S程序保持和改善工作区域或公共区域的清洁与秩序：生产过道，食堂，卫生区域（厕所，淋浴间，更衣室等等）。
4. To complete the maintenance level 1 form, miniapplicator file, station report, 4 eyes form, failure collection card (FSK) and other documents required by the quality management system.
完成维护表格，工作站报告，四眼法则表格，故障采集卡（FSK）以及质量管理体系所要求的其它文件。
5. To produce, measure, test and keep the production samples during the shift.
在所在班组工作期间，执行生产，测量，测试以及保留生产样品等任务。
6. Properly understanding the operation card and standardized working of the responsible workstation . Be familiar with the operation card and standardized working of two adjacent workstation;
正确理解本工位产品的工艺或标准作业要求,熟悉相邻工位的工艺图卡和标准作业要求；
7. To comply with the Kan-Ban rules for material which be needed in production.
对于生产所需物料要遵循看板规则。
8. To register and check the monitored process parameters from the machines & equipment.
记录并检查机器或设备上所监测的工艺参数并且检查。
9. Judging and handling the production quality properly, updating records according to production requirements正确判断所做产品的质量状况，并作出正确处理，做好生产要求的各项记录工作；
10. To inform the Product and Quality Engineers or the Shift Leader about any issues ( safety issues, quality issues, production issues related to equipment, materials, etc) and work together with other organizational structures ( segment team members, warehouse staff, Human Resources staff, maintenance personnel etc) in order to solve these issues.
任何问题（设备，材料相关的安全问题，质量问题，生产问题等等）都要通知产品工程师和质量工程师或者领班，并且和其他组织机构成员（段级团队成员，仓库人员，人力资源人员，维护人员等等）合作解决问题。
11. To provide information about the performance of the machine, to provide support to the maintenance team/ adjuster during their interventions.
当维护团队/调试员介入是提供机器性能的相关信息以及工作支持。
12. To contribute to the Continuous Improvement program (CIP or Kaizen program) with ideas for production and organizational activities improvement.
以持续改进的理念（CIP或者Kaizen流程）为生产和组织活动的改善做贡献。
