Requirements: 1. At least 5 years working experience in customer electronics sales. 2. At least 2 years in a role of a supervisor/team leader. 3. Hands on experience in daily operations as well as strategic planning. 4. Working experience in an international company and can work with the customer who come from the different region and culture. 5. Fastener industry experience is preferred. 6. Leadership skill, capable of leading sales team's daily work. 7. Excellence in netotiation and communication skills 8. Good organization skills. 9. Good Intercultual skill. 10. Good command of English in oral and written.
Job responsibility: 1. Lead in daily Sales Dept work Approve Sales activities. 2.Review daily revenue: monthly report: monthly rolling forecast. 3.Serve regional customers and enhance relationship with visiting. 4.Review customer contracts; Negotiate selling prices; other commercial terms. 5. Monitor the market trend and customer development: Propose the business strategies. 6. Monitor and analvze sales revenue trend: Draw up plan how to achieve the sales quota 7.Implement ISO/TS svstems requirements.
