1.Maintain order records/data and deliver in the CRM system. 更新CRM系统订单所有数据。 2.Check with factory and purchaser the order estimate finish date. 与工厂和元器件采购核对订单的预计完成日期。 3.Follow up orders with factory day by day to check each order situation, the plan start date, finish date and the progress of each order and proactively update to Sales. 每日与工厂核对现有订单的情况,包括生产日期、完工日期、生产进度,邮件发送销售。 4.Record due date of balance payment. 记录尾款到期日。 5.Prepare documents, for example invoices, purchase orders,certificate of origin, insurance,and bills of lading, etc. 准备单据,如发票、订单、原产地证明、保险、提货单等。 6. Confirm the QC date and push for QC report with Quality department, proactively update to Sales. 确认完工检验的日期并督促质量部门完成、提交质量报告,邮件发送销售。 6.Arrange loading and send the loading plan by e-mail to factory and complete all the BL information and provide export documents to agent. 安排装柜并将装柜计划通过邮件发给工厂,完成所有BL信息并提供出口单据给代理 8. Check online each order ETD and ETA date (send by email every week) and make client import documents, proactively update to sales and provide documents to sales to push the balance. After balance received, arrange BL telex release or send original documents. 确认每个订单的船期、到港日,邮件发送销售并督促催款。收到尾款后,安排寄正本文件或提单电放。 9. Apply the bill of shipping fee, apply the payment, and arrange the fee for each order, include shipping fee , CO fee, insurance fee and others. 申请订单项下的所有费用,包括货运费用、原产地证书费用、保险和其他。 10. Review and confirm the shipping fee, include but not limited to , approve before payment. 审核和确认运费,包括但不限于,付款前批准。 11. Double check the tax refund sheet and follow up the invoices. 核对退税单,跟踪发票。 12. Other tasks assigned by leader. 领导交办的其他工作。 Essential Skills 1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields. 2.Minimum 1-3 years of admin experience preferably in related business field. 3.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and experience with any ERP/CRM. 4.Flexibility to work well in a dynamic, sometimes stressful and demanding team environment. 5.Ability to analyze and evaluate data, work with facts. 6.Good negotiation, communication (oral and written), analytical and problem solving skills. 7.Detail-oriented and financially literate. 8.Using logic and reasoning to identify a problem and find solution, only based on facts. 9.Strong time management skills,fast consuming business.
