Automation DFM for new production design, develop new machine, make continuous improvement of existing automation.
1. Responsible for concepts and design of customized assembly and test machine;
2. Responsible for 3D model and 2D drawings, BOM ;
3. Clarify Scope and define basic information needed to start design work (technical specification, layout, etc.);
4. Support technician to solve problems during grooming and debugging;
5. Support corporate initiatives for continuous improvement of existing design;
6. Follow the EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policy and system;
7. To perform other duties as required.
8. At least have over 3 years automation design work experience in customized automation machinery
9. Be able to make feasible and creative automation concept and design
10.Be able to solve the issues in debugging phase
11. Family with automation machinery material, machining, heat treatment process
12. Family with additional knowledge in technology module (e.g. vision system…) is preferred
