? Actively participating in and contributing to real-time maintenance (RTM), measures before, after and during shutdowns, close cooperation with production and other members of the maintenance team
? Actively participating in and contributing to improvement measures and activities on the basis of the strategic plan
? Requesting and contributing to risk assessments and coordination meetings
? Highlighting and documenting errors in machine documentation and instructions
? Planning their own work in accordance with routines for daily management
? Training and coaching production staff in maintenance for operators
? Reporting in the maintenance system and feeding back the need to revise or improve the maintenance plan
? Carrying out delivery inspections or inputs on request

Education and/or Experience
教育和经历
? College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive ,etc.
? More than 3 years working experience in related industry, with experience in automobile industry more than 2 years.
? Experience in working with conveyor area is preferred .
? 中专及以上学历, 机械、电气或汽车类等相关专业；
? 相关行业工作经验3年以上，1年以上汽车行业工作经验；
? 有装配输送线区域工作经验优先；
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
知识及技能要求
? Strictly comply with all safety systems in the shop, wear PPE correctly, and strictly implement safety lockout procedures;
? Skilled in the application of office software, experience in CAD, TIA is preferred.
? Familiar with the relevant equipment management system certification, TPM preventive measures, equipment performance, safety and environmental protection system.
? Familiar with the working principle of electrical components and basic mechanical structure of equipment.
? Strong communication skills, able to coordinate and deal with other departments.
? With ability of communication and collaboration, team empowerment . Also with positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good professionalism.
? Siemens control system program diagnosis, simple programming or other working ability is preferred.

? 具备Siemens控制系统的程序诊断、简易编程等工作能力更佳；
