1.Fixture/equipment design and Process improvement.
2.Application development, learning customer application and provide solutions. Cable connector and associated mechanical part design including cable tray (sheet metal).
3.Work with customer to learn the details of the application, provide technical suggestions at the early stage of the project
4. Provide concepts to customer to kick off their system architecture design
5. Detail design for the cable connectors, associated mechanical parts and align with customer
6. Work with supplier on DFM of components, work with process engineers on DFM of product manufacturing
7. Design verification, work with CAE team to verify the component meet requirement
8. Work with supplier to get component tooling quote and component cost
7. Design validation on components and assembled kits, and improvements if need
9. Component qualification, dimension CMK and Cpk
10. Regular engineer support of customer consultation
