As a mentor with qualification training new logistics operators Logistic Preparation to introduce new parts& equipment to new projects and process Prepare Element sheets, platforms layouts, line feeding routine logistic process and modular solutions and logistics equipment together with logistics engineer Responsible for material receiving /put away /storage/ pickup /line feeding /and handling of materials, by right logistics equipment Separate/repack right material and deliver to right position according to production requirement Ensure material or packages loading, unloading, moving and handling operation is in accordance with internal traffic and safety rules Guarantee materials receiving and dispatch accuracy via counting, weighing, documents checking and error proofing technique Register logistics operation deviations, solve the issue with support from colleagues, ensure logistics service quality Accomplish Logistics KPI such as safety, delivery ,quality and so on. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline. Obey Scania Employee Manual and workshop regulation. Strictly follow Scania standard working instruction, to ensure material receiving /put away /storage/ pickup /line feeding /and handling under safety condition with high quality in right time. Ownership in safety/quality/Delivery/cost performance. Coordinate to support logistics engineer for logistics equipment, packaging installation and test,layout and line feeding routine check and update Participate in problem analysis and solving. Ensure the tools and equipment are all in a good condition, escalation and report abnormal logistics issue at the first time and follow up according skilled implementation of work standard, to meet the Takt and workload requirements. Study hard, improve continuously for optimize production efficiency and reduce cost. Respect and help each other to achieve goals within the team. Accept job adjustment and willing share with colleagues actively. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Education and/or Experience High school diploma and above. 2 years above working experience in tier-1 supplier or automobile manufacturing Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic knowledge for supply chain and lean production Understand the influencing factors of the production process and key production indicators, understand the standardization /5S/TPM/ lean and other production management tools. Ability to multitask and have good cross-functional communication skills. Can use office software. Relevant working experience in an automotive company (3-5 years working experience in an automotive plant is preferred). Team management ability is preferred. Read/write/speak English is a plus.
