工作内容Job duty
1.参与团队解决质量问题和客户抱怨，及时响应和跟踪，起草相关报告，例如8D。
Make a quick respond to participate in internal and customer quality issues, issue related reports， e.g. 8D report.
2.内部持续改善活动跟踪和记录。
Join in continuous improvement activities and records.
3.参与新项目开发，制定产品检验标准，监控样件质量，并识别质量风险，完成APQP&PPAP相关交付物。
Participate in new project development, establish product inspection standards, monitor sample quality, identify quality risks, and complete APQP&PPAP related deliverables.
4.参与过程质量监控文件制定，记录完善。
Participate in develop process quality control plan, improve records.
5.参与检具设计评审和日常维护管理。
Participate in measurement fixture review and maintenance management.
6.参与内部体系，过程，产品审核及改进.
Participate in internal system, process, product audit and improvement follow up.
7.完成上级临时指派的任务。
Complete temporary tasks assigned by supervisor.

二、任职要求Job requirements
1.理工类本科以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above in engineering.
2.传统制造业3~5年质量相关工作经验。
3-5 years quality related working experience in mechanical industry 。
3.可将英语作为工作语言；
Proficient English language skill
4.优秀的8D报告撰写能力和逻辑思维推理能力
Excellent 8D report writing ability and logical thinking reasoning ability.
5.有质量管理体系工作经验，熟悉体系内容
With quality management experience，be familiar with quality system
6.具备一定的Office办公软件操作能力；具备2D图纸解读能力。
Ability to operate Office software,Excel,Word, Powerpoint.
6.自我激励，主动性工作，能在有限的监督下工作；
Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision;
