As an advanced Quality Engineer, you will be primary responsible for Advance Quality Planning duties and activities in accordance with customer requirements for our upcoming Launch projects. You will …
be responsible for developing roadmaps for Launch projects based on Lessons-Learned,
facilitate / participate in the development of DFMEA documents,
facilitate / participate in the development of Process Flows as well as PFMEA documents,
develop control plans in accordance with the internal and external requirements,
Support the development of appropriate inspection and containment plans during the Launch phase,
identify appropriate statistical tools and techniques required for assessing process capability,
ensure the preparation and on-time delivery of Customer PPAP packages,
make sure that launch related corrective actions meet the required timing, quality and format,
monitor IMDS compliance, where applicable,
support DV/PV builds and verify that components meet dimensional and functional requirements,
define, coordinate and follow up all testing activities (internal, external) according to customers’ DV/PV requirements.

根据经验，负责为启动项目制定计划策略;
促进/参与DFMEA文件的开发;
促进/参与工艺流程和PFMEA文件的开发;
根据内部和外部要求制定控制计划;
在启动阶段支持制定适当的检查和控制计划;
确定评估过程能力所需的适当统计工具和技术;
确保客户PPAP包的准备和准时交付;
确保启动相关的纠正措施符合要求的时间，质量和格式;
在适用的情况下，监测IMDS的合规性;
支持DV/PV构建并验证组件满足尺寸和功能要求;
根据客户的DV/PV要求，定义，协调和跟踪所有测试活动(内部，外部)。
支持工程变更过程，只要适用。
