质量控制:
1.接到公司通知后及时到工厂检查。
2. 根据公司要求检验海产品。
3. 能够独立判断产品质量，不受工厂影响。
4. 及时反馈产品质量信息。
5. 出具检验报告并及时送到办公室。检查后一日内。

教育、经验和执照要求:

1.熟悉冷冻海鲜，尤其是罗非鱼(罗非鱼)和金鲳鱼(金鲳)等。
2.可以随时联系。
3. 熟练的计算机软件操作能力。
4. 工作时间灵活，需要经常出差(海南)，身体健康。
5. 至少2-3年的检验经验。
6. 与各种人有较强的沟通能力。
7. 一系列的人际交往技巧包括倾听他人的信息，提出问题，提供日常信息，获得他人的合作来完成工作或解决问题。

For quality control:
1.Go to the factory in time for inspections once get notice from our company.
2. Inspect seafood according to company requirements.
3. Be able to independently judge product quality without being affected by the factory.
4. Feedback product quality information in time.
5. Issue inspection report and send to office in time. Within one after inspection.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

1.Well known about frozen seafood, especially Tilapia(罗非鱼)和Golden pomfret(金鲳) etc.
2.Can be contacted any time.
3. Strong computer software skills.
4. Flexible working time, this job need travel a lot(Hainan province) and good health needed.
5. Minimum 2-3 years experience regarding inspection.
6. Strong communication skills with all kinds of people.
7. A range of interpersonal skills include listening to information from others, asking questions, providing routine information, gaining the cooperation of others to complete work or to address issues
