Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline；
Execute Lab analysis for process control and quality deviation investigation;
Provide general quality technical support to Paint Shop process to secure Quality Control Plan;
Support Quality department with tests and procedures, process and product quality monitoring, new material developments;
Execute and provide theorical and practical trainings for the proper use of the Lab equipment and tools
Execute Paint Shop incoming material batch approval tests;
Issue daily, weekly and monthly quality reports according to the Quality Control Plan;
Execute Pretreatment baths control and monitoring;
Support and execute general Quality process tests;
Primer & Top Coat paint Quality control;
Paint Aspect Measurement; Color Measurement; Layer Thickness; Curing Control;
Work in a cooperative way to maximize results and process performance in terms of quality;
Intermediate English level (e-mails and meetings with global partners, presentations, reading and understanding of global documents).
Data collection and analysis from the process to input in the quality dashboards for record and trend evaluation.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor degree prefer; more than 2 years’ experience in paint shop quality background
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Painting basics knowledge, Lab analysis measurement, communication skills, data analysis and software, intermediate English level, Paint equipment measurement such as color and aspect.

本科学历更佳，有2年以上的涂装质量相关背景.
知识及技能要求
涂装基础知识，实验分析测试方法，沟通技巧，软件数据分析，中级英语水平，诸如颜色和类似的涂装设备测试能力。
