Support the project, work as part of launch team to secure the success of new factory and new model launch.
Support to make the die related standard and secure the implementation, keep improving based on the actual status.
Cooperate closely with project team, equipment maintenance, quality, logistic, SPS external team and also internal die maintenance team to secure the delivery.
Work closely with upstream and downstream, secure standardization and process flow, and response in time when deviation.
Support problem-solving activities such as deviation containment, continuous improvement, etc.
Training team members, keep the team development.
Positively take part in the work which is SHE related, responsible for the SHE and 5s in the own area.
Perform other duties as required from department.

Education and/or Experience
Associate Degree and above, over 5 years work experience in die maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Over 5 years experience in press die set maintenance, OEM is prefer.
Familiar with OEM stamping process.
Familiar with the basic knowledge of equipment and die.
Pre-action needed for risk management, ability of quick response if there is deviation.
Participate in the development of mold maintenance plans and product defect rate improvement plans (size, surface quality, cycle,etc.).
Understand key indicators such as FTT, Down time, Pass rate, Repair rate, SPH, SPM, and comply with the downtime and issue escalation matrix.
Proficient in identifying surface defects of external coverings and repairing dies skills.
Communication skills and teamwork.
Self-disciplined, honest & a can-do attitude.
Awareness of Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and cost
Holders of welding, crane, and forklift operation certificates are preferred.
Basic English skills is prefer.

教育及经验要求
大专以上学历、5年以上模具维修相关工作经验。
知识及技能要求
5年以上冲压模具维修工作经验，整车公司经验优先。
熟悉汽车冲压工艺。
熟悉冲压模具的知识。
风险管理过程中，需要提前采取措施，如果出现偏差也能快速响应。
具备制定模具维护计划和产品缺陷率改进计划的能力（尺寸、表面质量、周期等）。
熟悉FTT、Down time、Pass rate、Repair rate、SPH、SPM等冲压指标，熟悉问题的升级流程。
熟悉外覆盖件相关表面缺陷的识别和判定，具备模具修复的技能。
熟悉质量管理、精益生产的知识。
沟通技巧与团队合作。
自律、诚实，积极进取的工作态度。
有高度的安全、健康、环境、质量、成本意识。
持焊工证、行车操作证、叉车操作证者优先。
具备基础的英语技能优先。
