Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 61 Skills in designing and crafting solutions with Analytics and Automation platforms will be considered as an advantage 61 Ability to engage effectively with software and process developers and co-work in an Agile setup 61 Competence in lean, problem solving, process engineering and project management. 61 Software experience in Power BI, logistics simulation, CAD is preferred 61 Ability to fluently communicate in both Chinese & English, both written and spoken 61 Open-minded and proactive team player who likes to work in an international and diverse as well as fast-changing environment. 61 Enthusiastic in work and with strong motivation and responsibility. 61 Team spirit and ownership
