Responsible for developing and maintaining procedures and maintaining quality standards for materials, components and products by implementing effective quality assurance procedures and controls. Work extensively with suppliers, colleagues and customers to ensure process control is in place and quality levels are maintained. Responsible for managing internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement of the company and its supply chain, using statistical tools to find failures, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
83 3-5 years experience in a Quality Management role, ideally for connector manufacturing company, experience in team management of more than 20 people.
83 Experienced in ISO9000/TL9000/ISO14001 & TS16949 Quality and Environment management Systems.
83 Familiar with basic knowledge of environment management, such as internal audit management, product life cycle management, risk and chance, etc…
83 Experienced in formulating quality procedures and co-ordination of gaining and maintaining relevant approvals.
83 Experience of implementing process control improvements and continuous improvement activities.
83 Track record of successfully delivering high levels of quality performance.
