c. Interpret and analyze Voice of Customer. Drive for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction rate year-on-year.
d. Promote Sherwin brand awareness and reputation and expand protective coating market share among target customers/market segments.
e. Maintain good relationship with key accounts to ensure a sustainable long-term growth.
f. Be responsible for distributor management and ensure 100% legal compliance.
g. Be key focal point in handling customer complaint and ensure on-time response and good problem solving.
h. Be responsible for AR payment collection.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Protective industry experience 61 Minimum of 5 years sales experience in chemical industry. Protective & Marine segment preferred.
