Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Introduction of Quality Methods to prevent and solve quality issues, such as Risk Analysis, Process Audit and Problem Solving;
2.Work with P&L leaders to implement quality governance models at shop floor, including quality assessments, root cause analysis teams and total quality management structure.
3.Act as a project manager to plan, execute and control quality prevention and appraisal processes scope as quality inspection setup, quality tools and equipment purchasing, risk reduction coordination, legal demands fulfilment, etc.
4.Define quality system requirements working closely to IT and automation team
5.Represent quality in cross functional forums with areas such as process engineering, R&D and logistics
