Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Participate in the investment work for new equipment, ensuring the maintainability and reliability of the new equipment from a maintenance perspective.
2.Perform routine maintenance checks and preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment.
3.Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
4.Implement and monitor automated maintenance systems to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
5.Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI-driven predictive maintenance solutions.
6.Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records for equipment performance analysis.
7.Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and practices.
8.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

2.Excellent computer skills.
3.Desirable Knowledge from Maintenance Software (EAM/CMMS).
4.Desirable Knowledge from Automation (PLC, Programming, SCADA).
5.Office 365, including Power BI.
6.Good communication skills in English
