Quality metrologist engineer is responsible for maintaining dimensional stability and reduce the dimensional deviation rate of the product, keeping the measurement service running and satisfaction of our customers.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline
Perform verifying measurement on assembled parts to specification.
Measurement prepraration in Polyworks(or similar)
Perform 3D scanning with romer arm.
Perform gap and flush measurement manually and/or with laser gauge.
Create and present measurement report on performed exercises.
Preferable knowledge base: Catia V5, polyworks, drawing theory and GD&T
Participant in parts analysis and inspection according to requirements of parts quality in a preventive way.
Represent quality in cross functional forums with areas such as Process, Engineering, R&D
Take the charge of calibration following up and preserve the calibration report. 负

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor degree in engineering, related working experiences three year at least

ERP/SAP knowledge
CAD/CATIA/Power BI intermediate/3D experience
Data analytics basic concepts
Conflict management and communication
Fluent oral and written English
