Key Responsibility: Customer claim handling, closely work with site engineer, sales coordinator, buyer and sourcing to find root cause, containment actions and corrective solution, quick respond to satisfy customer; 客户索赔处理,与现场工程师、销售协调员、买方和采购紧密合作,找出根本原因,采取遏制措施和纠正方案,快速反应,满足客户需求; Utilize quality tools to analysis and statistic quality data and quality performance ; 利用质量工具分析和统计质量数据和质量绩效; Periodical quality reporting; 定期质量报告; supplier quality control and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality management; 供应商质量控制,推动供应商质量管理的持续改进; Establish quality control rules, quality /package standards and procedures and monitor IQC compliance. 制定质量控制规则、质量/包装标准和程序,并监控 IQC 合规性。 Confirm the International purchase sample and provide solutions for supplier quality improvement; 确认国际采购样品,为供应商质量改进提供解决方案; On-site quality audit for products before and during Supplier’s production; 在供应商生产前和生产过程中对产品进行现场质量审核; Other assignments given by the Dept. Manager. 部门经理赋予的其他任务。 岗位要求: 61 Bachelor degree in mechanical, engineering, electricity or other equivalent major 机械、工程、电气或其他同等专业学士学位 61 5 years above working experiences in supplier quality control/process control 5 年以上供应商质量控制/流程控制工作经验 61 Good knowledge of related mechanical process and quality system building up; 熟悉相关的机械工艺和质量体系建设; 61 Familiar with sheet metal & stamping parts or welding parts manufacture process and quality control ; 熟悉钣金、冲压件或焊接件的生产流程和质量控制; 备注:该岗位每个月出差频次在50%-60%,其余时间可home base
