2.Build up the planning work process in Press shop
3.Prepare the material for production
4.Management the inventory of the material and stamped parts
5.Make production plan and follow up
6.Team work, secure the delivery
7.Secure the producing smoothly and response in time when deviation
8.Support problem-solving activities, continuous improvement, etc.
9.Training team members, secure the cross functional cooperation
10.Positively take part in the work which is SHE related, responsible for the SHE and 5s in the own area
11.Perform other duties as required from department Requirements: 1.Experience in production related, planning related experience is prefer. 2.Familiar with OEM Press shop launch 3.Familiar with the production mode in Press shop, familiar with the material preparing, production planning, inventory management etc. 4.Basic quality management and lean production knowledge 5.Communication skills and teamwork 6.Self-disciplined, honest & a can-do attitude. 7.High awareness of SHE, Quality, cost 8.Excellent English skills is preferred.
