职位描述：
1)根据标准、法律要求和oem要求，在亚洲地区进行缓冲垫的设计、开发和工程;
1) Conduct cushion design, development & engineering in Asia based on Autoliv standards, legal requirements & OEMs requirements;
2)根据成本、时间和质量目标，负责指定项目的缓冲开发;
2) Responsible for cushion development of assigned projects, in line with cost, timing and quality objectives;
3)进一步参与LL工作、案例研究、TFC评审、设计评审，并与团队分享经验;
3) Further involvement of LLs work, case study, TFC review, Design Review, and share experience to the team;
4)深入参与垫层试验失效分析，从纺织方面提出对策;
4) Deeply involvement of cushion test failure analyzation and bring out countermeasures from textile aspect;
5)坐垫设计指南的跟进，PLM/DVM/CAD的实施;
5) Follow up of cushion design guideline, and implementation of PLM/DVM/CAD;
6)进一步参与生产线和设计车间，以提高工厂的能力;
6) Further involvement in Line & Design workshop to improve plant’s capability;
7)为亚洲地区的新开发和工程进行关键部件和材料的选择;
7) Conduct the selection of key components & materials for cushion new development & engineering in Asia;
支持SQE提高坐垫供应商的技术水平;
8) Support SQE to improve cushion supplier technical skill;
9)评估工程变更请求和可行性报告，并估计将影响多少时间/成本;
9) Evaluate engineering change request & report on feasibility and estimate how much time/cost will be impacted;
10)在项目团队中代表缓冲工程，协助项目经理进行内部项目管理;
10) Represent cushion engineering in project team and assist project manager with internal project management;
根据成本/时间/质量目标定期向项目负责人汇报项目状态，并与技术经理汇报;
11) Regular report project status in terms of cost/timing/quality objectives to the project leader and in parallel to Technical manager;
为生产提供技术支持，快速解决缓冲垫工程相关问题;
12) Provide technical support to production, in quickly resolving cushion engineering related issues;
13)促进持续改进、创新和标准化;
13) Contribute to continue improvements, innovations and standardization;
14)完成集团经理、部门经理安排的工作。
14) Complete the works arranged by Group manager & Department manager.
其他特殊技能：
1、本科及以上学历，理工科专业；
2、汽车行业工作经验优先；
3、熟练应用CAD/Catia或其它设计软件；
4、可看懂英语书面资料。
