Summary 13The central warehouse group manager is responsible for supervising and directing the daily operation of the warehouse to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse management. Strong organizational skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of logistics management are required to ensure inventory accuracy, optimize storage solutions, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Supervise and manage the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient and accurate. Ensure inventory accuracy and implement effective inventory management strategies to avoid surpluses or shortages. Responsible for the maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure the normal situation of equipment. Continuously improve warehouse workflows to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. Lead the warehouse team, including staff recruitment, training, coaching, and evaluation to improve the overall performance of the team. Develop and enforce safety procedures to ensure warehouse operations safety. Ensure that warehouse operations comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies. Coordinate the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and goods distribution. Manage warehouse operating costs and improve cost-effectiveness. Improve efficiency with warehouse management systems and other technological tools. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers and logistics service providers. Prepare the inventory reports, operational reports, and performance reports on a regular basis. Develop and execute warehouse emergency plans to respond to emergencies. Optimize the use of warehouse space to increase warehouse capacity and efficiency. Help create a good working environment and actively participate in improvement measures. Participate in the development and updating of warehouse management policies and procedures Other tasks may be required to achieve the overall goals of the department. To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 13Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics, supply chain management and other related majors. More than 3 years of relevant warehouse management experience, more than 2 years of working experience in the automotive industry. Be sensitive to data and have good data analysis skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Understand the fundamentals and practices of logistics and supply chain management. Master the methods and best practices of inventory management. Familiar with the daily operational processes of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to warehouse operations. Understand how to identify and manage risks in warehouse operations. Have strong communication skills and be able to coordinate and communicate with other departments. Have certain planning, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
