Department: Cab Body This position will have the mission to work in the production, supporting the development of people, reporting deviations and taking actions to keep continuous improvement of process and its quality levels delivery. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline Follow, cascade and develop all organizational strategical KPIs such as quality , production, environmental and most important safety. Manage the organizational climate of the area. Stimulate the team for constant self-development. Manage the Truck Production BIW area. Seek the high performance of the team. Control costs and investments in the area. Recruit and develop the organization. Ensure that the line organization is prepared, trained and ready for the transition to those ways of working. Communicate and disseminate information within the organization. Actively participate in workshops, project and decision meetings, represent the project team in cross functional meetings, present status and follow up the manning and identification of competence needs. Other tasks assigned by manager Education and/or Experience: Bachelor degree and above in engineering related experience +10 years in manufacturing field and desired 5 years related experience in BiW process Experience leader in change management working with lean, six sigma, WCM, TPM or similar. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Fluent English in written and oral Be familiar with office Software Word, Excel, Power Point Manufacturing/ foreign company working experience is really beneficial Show strong leadership skills Good communication skills Good team spirit Problem solving skills Eager to reach production targets Drives the team and take decisions based on facts and data analysis Worked with setting up new businesses, factories, organizations before.
