Quality metrologist
technician is responsible for maintaining dimensional stability and reduce the
dimensional deviation rate of the product, keeping the measurement service
running and satisfaction of our customers.
Follow Scania SHE and
Quality guideline
Perform verifying measurement on assembled
parts to specification.
Measurement prepraration in Polyworks(or
similar)
Perform 3D scanning with romer arm.
Perform gap and flush measurement manually
and/or with laser gauge.
Create and present measurement report on
performed exercises.
Preferable knowledge base: Catia V5,
polyworks, drawing theory and GD&T
Participant in parts analysis and inspection
according to requirements of parts quality in a preventive way.
Take the charge of calibration following up and
preserve the calibration report.

Interpretation of technical drawings
Knowledge of optical measurement technology,

CAD/CATIA/Power BI intermediate/3D experience

使用romer arm进行3D扫描。
手动和/或使用激光计进行间隙和平整度测量。
编制和提交关于执行情况的测量报告。
首选知识库:Catia V5、polyworks、绘图理论、GD&T
根据零件质量要求，以预防方式参与零件分析和检验。
负责校准跟踪，并保存校准报告.
