1. Mechanical engineering education background, Bachelor or Master 机电专业，学士或硕士 2. Minimal 5 years’ working experience in construction mechanical field, international project’s background is preferred 5年以上建筑机电的工作经验，曾参与过国际性工程项目（工业自动化厂房）者优先 3. Good at communication 良好的沟通能力 4. Fluent Chinese, good English knowledge both in oral and written 流利的中文，英语说写能力佳 5. Sound knowledge in MS office, MS Project, AutoCAD and PPT 熟悉办公软件，CAD绘图软件及PPT 6. Diligent, independent working ability and creativity 具独立工作能力，勤奋并有创新意识 7. Relevant qualification certificates in related principles are appreciated but not required (Registered Consulting Engineer) 持相关专业资格证书者尤佳，但不是必须（注册咨询工程师）
