Job Tasks: 1.Handle NPI,co-work with cross function team to complete process design and problem solving. 2.New projects and process set-up. 3.Lead HV connector process concept and design review,prevent/mitigate the process development potential risk. 4.Lead HV connector production non-standard equipment concept and design review, driving the process workflow and equipment solution. 5.Provide problem solving solution during sample making or safe launch phase related process & equipment. 6.Driving the process realization and process performance (HC,C/T, Scape Rate, OEE) to meet target. 7.Manage process defect analysis, take prevent action, best practice and lesson learn share to team members 8.Finish process development related documentation(Process review PPT/Flow chart/PFMEA/WI/EP/DOE/MSA), promote machine & process release to mass production. 9.Lead and participate customer audit, coordinate engineer team follow up improvement action; 10.Establish and follow project time schedules, including resource planning, Work out and follow action plans 11.Innovation idea and technical enhancement,be brave to try and accept new things 12.Familiar with connector production PFMEA(APIS software). 13.Effective and timely response to assembly lines for production concerns. 14.Trouble shooting about the line issues, process related quality complaint. 15.Priority must always be given to running production concerns and full support given. 16. Good communication links are required between production,ME,Technican,PE,mold,die and quality etc.
Job Requirements:
1. University degree in engineering or related. 2. Minimum of 3 year experience working within a automotive manufacturing environment. 3. Experience in managing complex projects. 4. Experience in working within HV connector and charging inlet manufacturing company is essential. 5. Good knowledge of English.
