As the PRU manager, you will be responsible for overall on-site material logistic management for Customer’s project, such as material supplementation, special material recall and delivery. You will be the interface between Customer’s team and logistics center to optimize the material feeding frequency and method to improve efficiency.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
1.Material Feeding Management
Develop material feeding SOP for workforce based on Customer’s requirement.
Manage and continuous optimize the material feeding frequency.
Optimize pre-prepare material packaging method.
Set up emergency plan for special material feeding.
Responsible for the on-time, accuracy KPI of for material feeding
2.Systems management
Monitor the Customer’s project ERP/SAP system to ensure accurate and real-time data with specified scope.
Be responsible for material feeding accuracy and monthly/annually report.
3.Compliance
Ensure the material feeding process is fully compliant with all relevant government and Customer’s regulations, including EHS compliance.
4.Cost Management
Work in conjunction with Customer’s team, and the supportive managers and operation supervisors of Unipart to achieve year on year efficiencies and cost reductions.
5.People Management
Recruit and development a qualified workforce based on organizational requirement.
Coach, motivate and maintain an effective and engaged workforce.

Education and/or Experience
-Bachelor degree or above
-10+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, experience in automotive industry is preferred
-5+ years of line material feeding management experience in automotive industry.
