Inform the business about changes that affect the SPCT tools and product changes in HW and SW that may affect the use of SPCT.
Investigate product deviations in HW and SW, if necessary, coordinate with other relevant technical functions to jointly appoint who is driving the case.
In collaboration with the line organization, challenge and work with continuous improvements of the product in HW and SW as well as the SPCT tools.
Strength experience and knowledge sharing to create a collaborative and informed environment
Monitor the development of production technology and contribute to the introduction of new technology and expertise.
