You’ll get to: Implement Environmental Health and safety improvement programs. Organize documentation maintain and update, include law & regulation review. Responsible for EHS change management acceptance review Support EHS internal and external audit. Organize occupational disease management. Lead incident investigation, compensation, and corrective action review. Provide training to team per EHS annual calendar. Organize regular audit and lead internal inspection. Workplace safety management include contractor safety as well. Lead EHS activity in function department, such as BBS, Gemba walk, Kaizen etc. Data collection & analyze per government and corporate request. Receive government interaction and follow up action related. Responsible for EHS roadmap system which EHS manager assigned. In fact, you embrace it. You also have: College degree or above, majoring in Safety Engineering, Environmental Protection Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related. Above 3 years’ experience in EHS area or other technical position in multinational manufacturing. Familiar with law & regulation of Safety, Health & Environment. Good command of English both in written and spoken. Experience of Process Safety Management (PSM) set up. Certified ISO 14001, ISO 45001 internal auditor. Certified safety engineer.
